I am getting an error saying "Microsoft Sapi is not found". Why?
This error occurs if you don't have Microsoft Sapi5.1. You can download it from http://ivos.comunx.com/downloads/Sapi5.1.zip.

IVOS is not able to recognize my voice. Why is that?
If you have Sapi5.1 and the application isn't recognizing your voice, then please go to Speech properties in Settings in the IVOS bar. You will find the Default Profile activated. This profile doesn't work for all. Click on the create new profile button and create your own profile and it will work.

How do i register my software?
Please follow the below steps...
-Login to your account
-Click on View codes
-Then click on Generate codes for IVOS
-Go to the registration section of the IVOS bar and Copy the number called the serial number. Place this number in the field in the website and generate the license code for IVOS
-Follow the same steps for VoiceTouch.

The serial codes i generated are not working?
Please follow the below steps.
- Uninstall IVOS form your computer
- Download and install another version from http://comunx.fileburst.com/IVOS/setup_ivos_limited.exe
- Follow the above step and generate the license codes.
